ELIGIBILITY: Open to all artists and crafts persons who exhibit original fine arts and crafts. Fine arts and crafts, for the purpose of this exhibition, are defined as:

FINE ART: original, creative, beautiful work that is considered to have been created primarily for aesthetic purposes and judged for its beauty and meaningfulness.

FINE CRAFT: creative work that is hand made, original, functional, beautiful, and well-made with few or seemingly no defects or flaws.

*Kits, molds, and pre-assembled goods will not be considered.

  • Artist statement and brief description of work
  • FOUR photographs of current work (with title, medium, size, price, and date completed)
  • and ONE photo of your indoor booth display.

Artists are expected to remain at their booths or provide a knowledgeable attendant as MTCA does not provide booth sitters. Exhibitors are responsible for loading in, setting up, and loading out all display materials and artwork. Display locations will be pre-assigned. Exhibitors must keep their displays within the assigned space. Takedown of displays on Saturday, November 17 may not begin prior to 5:00pm

The MTCA is a unique, multilevel historic theater. Please be aware of the following policies and restrictions:
Exhibit booth spaces are irregular sizes and shapes, not the standard 8x10 square booth.
The MTCA has one loading dock with a hydraulic lift and one elevator that provides access to all floors.
